(Our air conditioner was nursed all the way through last summer, so we needed to replace both) Unique gave us estimates and comparisons as well as provided information on current needs and products. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. We were able to make our choice and have both units installed within 3 days! The team that did the installation was on time, professional, wore identifying clothing and never stopped working until the job was done!
