(Our air conditioner was nursed all the way through last summer, so we needed to replace both) Unique gave us estimates and comparisons as well as provided information on current needs and products. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. We were able to make our choice and have both units installed within 3 days! The team that did the installation was on time, professional, wore identifying clothing and never stopped working until the job was done! 765-201-7781"At some point Wednesday, 1/14/26, our furnace quit working at our summer place in Monticello, IN. On our way to the lake, We Contacted Unique, January 15, 2026 at 1PM for service. Since we had no heat and inside temperature was down to 45 degrees, they dispatched a technician to be at our location by 2PM. The technician, Josh, arrived at 2:05PM, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, they carried the part on the truck, and had our furnace up and running by 2:30PM. It appears to us that, Josh is very knowledgeable on HVAC products. He answered all our questions, even down to what it would take for replacement of existing thermostat for upgrading from battery powered to "C"- Wire Power.
The Office personnel were great in understanding our problem, taking all the information, and scheduling a technician. Soon after, John (owner) contacted me while I was driving to Monticello to get additional information to update their database (as it was not complete from the company they purchased), to let me know name of technician coming to our house, and areas of what might be causing our issue.
While talking with John, I inquired if they had a Maintenance Agreement Plan and the cost. Pricing was similar to the one we have for our winter residence, which we purchased.

765-201-7781"You did great!!!!! I previously had Summers Heating and Cooling out and the technician cleaned the pilot and said it didn’t work still
and said I needed a new furnace and charged me $159.00. I called Unique and explained the the problem to John and he was there within 45 minutes and brought a thermo coupling with him in which he thought was the problem and upon entering my house he was gone with heat flowing almost cheaper with parts and labor than Summers in less than 20 minutes.
